: There is pending legislation in the Indiana Senate (SB 248) which proposes to create 'Scholarship Granting Organizations' in Indiana. These 'orgainzations' are designed to transfer public funds to private schools at the expense of the taxpayer. Please contact your legislator to vote against SB 248.
